Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Orders may be fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners and may ship from domestic or international warehouses. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery for U.S. orders is generally 5–11 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at armcandyshop2020@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Multiple Packages
In some cases, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. If this occurs, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at armcandyshop2020@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
International Shipping
Arm Candy Shop currently ships only to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
